The following charges were filed in Magisterial District Court in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 12 and 13:

Diana Lynn Higinbotham, 32, of Smithfield was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps or assistance.

Lamont Donte Vales, 41, of Uniontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Anthony Michael Krcelich, 29, of West Brownsville was charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Scott A. Darnell, 18, of Hopwood was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Bobbie Jo Yuhaniak, 47, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Nicholas Wrick, 25, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property.

William Irvin Miller, 41, of Fairbank was charged with theft by deception and retail theft.
