The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene Washington and Westmoreland counties May 10 to 11. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Autumn Lee Thorpe, 25, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Candace Clements, 33, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence.

Valeri R. Kiss, 31, of Cambridge Springs was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Joshua David Jenkins-Howenstine, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana.

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

Frank H. Bowers, 54, of Mill Run was charged with terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and improper communications with 911.

Amanda Grace Sloan, 31, of Oliver was charged with promoting prostitution.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Daysean Wykee Brock, 31, of Huntingdon was charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Joei Nicole Marfinetz, 18, of Allison was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Donivan Joseph Seiler, 32, of Masontown was charged with possession of marijuana.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Ryan Todd Ritenour, 49, of Dunbar was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Wayne A. Knisley Jr., 63, of Waynesburg was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Amnie Eugene Lawver, 55, of Uniontown was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or eluding police, resisting arrest and two counts each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Michael Guty, 46, of Brownsville was charged with robbery, theft and receiving stolen property.

Michele Lee, 61, of Norwich, Connecticut, was charged with bad checks.

Emily Joan Guerra, 22, of California was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Cody David Kimmel, 23, of Donora was charged with loitering, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.

Donald William Cole, 33, of California was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Michael Jordan McMath, 23, of Monongahela was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Natalie Lynne Artis, 49, of Monongahela was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Timothy C. Burton, 43, of Bentleyville was charged with statutory sexual assault, endangering the welfare of children, furnishing liquor to a minor, corruption of minors, two counts each of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and indecent assault and three counts of aggravated indecent assault.

Albert David Medlen, 37, of Clarksville was charged with flight to avoid apprehension and open lewdness.

Westmoreland County

Terri Matlock, 43, of Monessen was charged with simple assault.

Kathleen Urick, 41, of Belle Vernon was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft.

Jamie Wible, 38, of Grindstone was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard Terrell Miller, 24, of Monongahela was charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Michael Jordan McMath, 23, of Monongahela was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Deanna Marie Lynn, 34, of Van Meter was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nathan C. Rosensteel, 25, of Youngwood was charged with endangering the welfare of children, reckless endangerment and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Derek Gregory Byers, 28, of White Oak was charged with theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Fay Jeanne Schrock, 39, of Alverton was charged with theft.
