Candace Clements, 33, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence.
Valeri R. Kiss, 31, of Cambridge Springs was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Joshua David Jenkins-Howenstine, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana.

Amnie Eugene Lawver, 55, of Uniontown was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or eluding police, resisting arrest and two counts each of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.

Cody David Kimmel, 23, of Donora was charged with loitering, disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.
Donald William Cole, 33, of California was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
