Drug possession
Jermaine Andre Richter, 43, was allegedly found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a smoking device during a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Blackstone Road at 4:25 p.m. Oct. 29. The appropriate charges against Richter will be filed before Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II.
EAST HUNTINGDON
Two-vehicle crash
Driver Betty L. Coleman, 70, of Scottdale was turning left from State Route 819 onto Bank and Trust Road when state police said she hit a vehicle driven by Kim M. Brasher, 60, of Mount Pleasant, who was on Bank and Trust Road. State police said both drivers claimed they had green lights at the time of the crash at about 5:30 p.m. Nov. 1.

Man charged
Monongahela City Police said James Frederick Satter was charged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats and simple assault after he allegedly physically abused a woman after taking her car keys.

Uniontown police said driver Tina Williams hit a vehicle parked along the side of East Fayette Street near Grant Street at about 2:45 a.m. Saturday.

Tobacco stolen
Uniontown police are working to identify a man who allegedly stole tobacco from Sweet Pea’s Marathon convenience store on West Fayette Street at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday. The man was described as white, wearing a black hoodie and black pants.

William Wingrove, 37, of Bobtown was cited for disorderly conduct after he was allegedly found sleeping in a woman’s vehicle outside The Hot Spot on Morgantown Street just Friday just before midnight.
