Fraud alleged
Cindy L. Kossar, 47, of Charleroi was charged with access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking Monday. Township police alleged the theft occurred on Oct. 17. She will face a preliminary hearing on Dec. 7 before Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins.
CONNELLSVILLE
Assault on officer
Connellsville police said Carol Furlong, 43, of Roanoke, Virginia assaulted an officer after police found her allegedly intoxicated on West Crawford Avenue Nov. 9. She allegedly assaulted the officer at the police station.

Woman charged
Borough police charged Donna L. Ludwick, 55, of Donora with driving under the influence, related to a traffic stop on Monday.

Drug charges filed
Jennifer L. Brake, 35, of Pittsburgh was charged with criminal attempt to deliver drugs and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia related to an alleged incident on Nov. 9, borough police said. Police also charged Jerrid R. Powell, 38, of Donora with the same counts, plus additional charges of criminal conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility. Warrants for both were issued by Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Crash in parking lot
State police said driver Kaitlyn E. Fencil, 20, of Acme hit a vehicle as she was attempting to back out of a parking spot in the Passivant Memorial Homes parking lot at about 2 p.m. Nov. 9, causing minor damage to a Volkswagen Passat.
NEW STANTON
Tools stolen
About $2,000 worth of tools was stolen from a garage at 682 Arona Road sometime between Oct. 27 and Nov. 6, state police said. The tools belong to David V. Marghella, 42, police said.

The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited Fairbank Rod & Gun Club for allegedly failing to maintain accurate records for two years regarding the Small Games of Chance Act.
