The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Nov. 14. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

George K. Burnsworth, 55, of Dunbar was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Thomas H. Poole III, 23, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief.

Douglas W. Morrison, 34, of Mechanicsburg was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

Zachary A. Kishel, 18, of Uniontown was charged with criminal mischief.

Mark R. Wyda, 33, of Uniontown was charged with terroristic threats and simple assault.

Casey J. Workman, 30, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jenna M. Erminio, 26, of Hopwood was charged with DUI.

Carmen Grego III, 24, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Erin C. Silbaugh, 28, of Fairchance was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Scott Cottrell, 32, of Point Marion was charged with fleeing or eluding police and accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property.

Eric J. Robinson, 45, of Dilliner was charged with simple assault and harassment.

Tiffany R. Price, 27, of Masontown was charged with criminal mischief.

Stephanie A. Workman, 40, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

James J. Virtue, no age listed, of Uniontown was charged with endangering the welfare of children.

Joann Wallace, 63, of Smithfield was charged with theft.

Grant J. Quarrick, 20, of Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samuel W. Fani Jr., 47, of Dunbar was charged with DUI.

Justin A. Rock, 29, of Connellsville was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and theft.

John R. Campbell, 50, of Perryopolis was charged with DUI.

Gregory J. Martos, 57, of Bentleyvville was charged with DUI.

Donald J. Hardy, 27, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI.

John W. Dusha, 64, of Clarksville was charged with DUI.

James E. Sephenson, 42, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI.

David M. Renner, 37, of Carmichaels was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and loitering and prowling.

Cecil H. McGee, 40, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and loitering and prowling.

Donald K. Riggle, 51, of Bentleyville was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Casey Brink, 35, of Ellwsworth was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Westmoreland County

Joseph G. Misanik, 39, of New Eagle was charged with DUI.

Jennifer Pravlik, 38, of Belle Vernon was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Richard Cameron, 53, of Monongahela was charged with theft.
