The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Nov. 16. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.
John D. Connell, 46, of Dawson was charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Autumn R. Kozakovsky, 37, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession with the intent to deliver drugs.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Jeremy L. Brady, 28, of Uniontown was charged with unlawful contact, attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and criminal use of a communication facility.
Keith A. Nicholson, 27, of Lemont Furnace was charged with unlawful contact, attempted statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and criminal use of a communication facility.
Robert C. Gleason, 60, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.
Jarred K. Gors, 39, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Kathryn A. Jones, 54, of Uniontown was charged with harassment.
Brian R. Custer, 35, of Lemont Furnace was charged with DUI.

Donald Smosny, 18, of Smithfield was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins
Cody M. Rubin, 25, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson
Daniel J. Stolze Jr., 29, of Venetia was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
Marrie Poling, 36, of Bentleyville was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
Sarah A. Dix, 27, of Washington was charged with DUI.
Shane P. Kelly, 23, of Monongahela was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
