Overdose reported

State police said a 27-year-old woman overdosed at 236 Circle Drive Nov. 2 and refused medical treatment on scene.

Woman charged

Theresa Rowan-Dennis, 49, of California is charged with robbery, theft, access device fraud and receiving stolen property for allegedly using a credit card that belonged to someone else to make $527 in purchases at several places Oct. 11.

Heroin found in traffic stop

California Borough Police charged Michael R. Morgan, 33, of Clarksville and Keith Yancec, 44, of Daisytown after police allegedly saw suspected stamp bags of heroin during a traffic stop in the 200 block of Second Street at about 6 p.m. Nov. 5.

Marijuana possession

California Borough Police charged Rehny D. Little, 23, of Homestead with possession of a small amount of marijuana after a traffic stop in the 600 block of Wood Street at about 12:30 a.m. Nov. 11. Little was a passenger in the vehicle, police said.

CONNELLSVILLE

DUI

Christopher Faith, 27, of Connellsville was charged with DUI after Connellsville police determined he was driving under the influence of alcohol during a traffic stop Oct. 13.

Hindering apprehension

Fayette County Sheriffs served a bench warrant on Frank Whipkey at a South Prospect Street residence Nov. 2. Jamie L. Caletri, 31, of Connellsville was charged with hindering apprehension for allegedly telling deputies Whipkey was not there. She would not let them in and left, Connellsville police said. He later answered the door and was taken into custody.

Theft reported

State police said someone stole a 1973 black Harley-Davidson Z90 motorcycle, a 1982 Pontiac TransAm, a 1990s black Saturn SL1 a Marlin X7 rifle and three antique dressers from a detached garage at 114 Memory Lane belonging to a 67-year-old Mount Pleasant woman between Sept. 27 and Nov. 4.

Men charged

State police said Joshua S. Barber, 29, of Poland, Ohio and James R. Robertson, 41, of Struthers, Ohio tried to eat their marijuana after they were stopped for traffic violations on Redstone Way at about 10 p.m. Nov. 8. They were both charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and tampering with evidence.

Women charged

State police said Isobel M. Hager, 21, and Jordon E. Swank, 20, both of Uniontown stole beauty supplies, clothing and personal hygiene products worth about $350 from Wal-Mart. They were allegedly found with drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Liquor law violation

Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement issued a citation Nov. 17 for serving a minor, failed to require patrons to vacate to Caddyshack Sports Bar & Grill, 16 Dixon Blvd. The bureau reported on March 20 and 11, the Caddyshack furnished and/or gave or permitted such sale, furnishing or giving of alcoholic beverages to a minor, aged 19, and on March 11, failed to require patrons to vacate that part of the premises used for service of alcoholic beverages not later than one-half hour after the required time.

Crash reported

State police said two people sustained minor injuries in a three-vehicle crash Nov. 1 on New Salem Road. Police identified the drivers involved as Karen S. Zane, 64, of Uniontown; Jeffrey A. Hull, 32, of Lemont Furnace and Jonathan W. Valido, 35, of Greensbro. Police said Zane and Hull sustained minor injuries in the 2:53 p.m. crash.
