Two-vehicle accident

State police said driver William Herrington, 68, of Connellsville turned left on Moyer Road from Pleasant Valley Road before determining he could make the turn safely and was struck by driver Jennifer L. Hurst, 32, of Scottdale at about 11:30 a.m. Thursday. Hurst was taken to Excela Health – Frick Hospital by her mother as a precaution, police said. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage.

Disturbance at hospital

Connellsville police cited Mary Lancaster, 37, of Connellsville with disorderly conduct after she allegedly cursed and caused a disturbance in the emergency room of Highlands Hospital, Sept. 24. Nurses told police she called threatening a disturbance if she had to sign out her 16-year-old son.

Man cited

Richard Gales, 42, of Connellsville was cited with public intoxication after he was allegedly observed unconscious on North Pittsburgh Street, Wednesday. Connellsville police said he admitted to taking a narcotic.

Disorderly conduct

Matthew Pahel, 52, of Connellsville was cited with disorderly conduct after he allegedly yelled obscenities at people on South Pittsburgh Street, Thursday.

Defiant trespass

Codie Geisler, 22, of Connellsville was charged with defiant trespass after he was allegedly observed on Gibson Terrace Public Housing Complex property Sept. 18. Connellsville police said he has an active no-trespass order from the Fayette County Housing Authority.

Aggravated assault

Ronald S. Craig II, 31, of Normalville was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault after he allegedly punched Michael Wingard, 49, of Mount Pleasant, causing a suspected broken arm, and punched Daniel Deambroggi Jr., 27, of Connellsville, causing no injury in the yard of 5128 Fairview Drive, Wednesday afternoon, according to state police.

The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited Walt’s Lounge Monday for allegedly failing to comply with mandatory responsible alcohol management certification requirements between May 19 and Aug. 20.

The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited Dommy’s Pizza & DD Brewing Co. for allegedly selling alcohol to a minor July 10.
