The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 10. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge

Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Joshua R. Nicholson, 30 of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.

Chance J. Marsh, 18, of Dickerson Run was charged with fleeing or eluding police.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Edgar F. Yoders II, 22, of Brownsville was charged with endangering the welfare of children, reckless endangerment and fleeing or eluding police.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Gina M. Hall, 32, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Michael B. Burkey, 31, of New Salem was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Whitney M. Logan, 20, of Dunbar was charged with disorderly conduct.

Scott J. Franks, 48, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Paul Rows, 64, of Charleroi was charged with DUI.

Ryan Painter, 38, of North Charleroi was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Robert L. Prinkey, 55, of Charleroi was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher S. Zbyl, 50, of Bentleyville was charged with DUI.

Nicholas D. Salvador, 24, of Greensburg was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Jaclyn N. Bly, 23, of Pittsburgh was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

David Alexandru, 29, of California was charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

Damon M. Lowden, 22, of Ellsworth was charged with simple assault and criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault.

Gerry L. Welsh, 19, of McMurray was charged with simple assault and criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault.

Joshua D. Buckholt, 19, of Houston was charged with simple assault and criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault.

Paige C. Woods, 19, of Edinboro was charged with simple assault and criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Joshua P. Garcan, 18, of Lowber was charged with terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.

Leslie A. Prymus, 26, of Monongahela was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Jennifer Ramsey, 34, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
