The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 11. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Robert E. Azare Jr., 45, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

William J. Means, 46, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Joni Keslar, 34, of Normalville was charged with DUI.

Jennifer R. Nichelson, 24, of East Millsboro was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Jason W. Carr, 32, of Connellsville was charged with access device fraud.

Lewis J. Rostron, 24, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, was charged with false identification to police.

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

Cody J. Wilczynski, 23, of Smock was charged with robbery, simple assault and retail theft.

Roger C. Marva, 45, of Lemont Furnace was charged with robbery and theft.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Brian Veazey, 32, of Belle Vernon was charged with simple assault.

Brian C. Ulrich, 46, of Scottdale was charged with DUI.

Phi Truong, 20, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kennith T. Wilcher, 48, of Easton was charged with forgery and theft.

Alexis G. Wagner-Conn, 29, of Vanderbilt was charged with DUI.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

David M. Renner, 37, of Spraggs was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief.

Joel R. Barlow, 25, of Fairview, West Virginia, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief.

Cecil H. McGee III, 40, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal mischief.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Jessica C. Benning, 31, of Charleroi was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nicole R. Kerlicker, 25, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shawntae M. Smith, 32, of Charleroi was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Denny L. Naylor Jr., 26, of Belle Vernon was charged with false identification and criminal conspiracy to commit false identification.

Johari T. Penny, 26, of Duquesne was charged with possession of marijuana.

Aaron Bell, 26, of Monessen was charged with possession of marijuana.

Daniel W. Brewer III, 32, of Monessen was charged with theft.

Wildie Richter, 42, of Perryopolis was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Percy L. Majors, 53, of Monessen was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lindsey A. Bigelow, 36, of New Stanton was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

William I. Miller, 42, of Fairbank was charged with retail theft.

Zayne B. Balmer, 20, of Hutchinson was charged with robbery, firearms carried without a license, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Amanda M. Lawrence, 39, of Charleroi was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Melissa A. Zurich, 50, of Perryopolis was charged with DUI.

Joseph M. Vivian, 34, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rodger W. Myers, 43, of Mount Pleasant was charged with strangulation, simple assault and terroristic threats.
