DUI charges
Crystal M. Kellner, 37, of Fredericktown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Monday. Bentleyville police said the alleged offense occurred on July 21 in the borough.

Man charged
Monessen police charged John Umbel, 46, of Bentleyville with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia Monday before Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso.

Assault alleged
Timothy A. Kershaw, 31, of Monessen was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment Monday before Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso. Monessen police indicated the charges were filed based on an Oct. 21 incident in the city.
