The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 17. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Lisa D. Hairston, 28, of Uniontown was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christie S. Baker, 42, of Uniontown was charged with access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

Barbara J. Ewing, 58, of Allison was charged with retail theft.
Ricky A. Ashcraft, 21, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Billy J. Bainbridge, 44, of Crucible was charged with DUI.
Latricia R. Lewis, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
Marquette A. Vaden, 23, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Divito B. Corteal, 31, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jennifer M. Johnston, 29, of Dunbar was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joseph L. Laurion, 27, of Dunbar was charged with DUI.
Cheryl A. Lennex, 54, of Belle Vernon was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
Brett M. Fincik, 43, of Munhall was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson
William J. Jaggie, 28, of Brave was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and criminal conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to deliver drugs.
Labrea L. Kisner, 22, of Brave was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Nicholas J. Murphy, 35, of New Eagle was charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.
Tasha Fleming, 25, of Donora was charged with endangering the welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia.
