The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 17. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Lisa D. Hairston, 28, of Uniontown was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christie S. Baker, 42, of Uniontown was charged with access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Barbara J. Ewing, 58, of Allison was charged with retail theft.

Ricky A. Ashcraft, 21, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

Billy J. Bainbridge, 44, of Crucible was charged with DUI.

Latricia R. Lewis, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Marquette A. Vaden, 23, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Divito B. Corteal, 31, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jennifer M. Johnston, 29, of Dunbar was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph L. Laurion, 27, of Dunbar was charged with DUI.

Cheryl A. Lennex, 54, of Belle Vernon was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Brett M. Fincik, 43, of Munhall was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

William J. Jaggie, 28, of Brave was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and criminal conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Labrea L. Kisner, 22, of Brave was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy to commit possession with the intent to deliver drugs.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Nicholas J. Murphy, 35, of New Eagle was charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.

Tasha Fleming, 25, of Donora was charged with endangering the welfare of children and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

William J. Moehring, 61, of Eighty Four was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Melissa Sproul, 37, of Daisytown was charged with selling or furnishing liquor to a minor.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Jaheed Loblack, 20, of California was charged with possession of a controlled substance, distributing a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony M. Rack, 20, of Bethel Park was charged with possession of a controlled substance, distributing a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Westmoreland County

Jennifer B. Pravlik, 37, of Belle Vernon was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Michelle R. Bittner, 45, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.

Kyle J. Timko, 29, of Hunker was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Paula Leech, 54, of Monongahela was charged with defiant trespass.

Michael Britton, 25, of Daisytown was charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance.

James J. Zober, 56, of California was charged with theft.

Mary J. Rock, 51, of North Charleroi was charged with communications with 911.

Jeston L. Hall, 33, of Monessen was charged with simple assault.

Linda A. Lewandowski, 65, of Mount Pleasant was charged with DUI.

Jared A. Rohland, 27, of Ruffsdale was charged with theft and false reports.

Matison Fowler, 20, of Brownsville was charged with retail theft.
