Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis
Jory L. Rogers, 47, of Uniontown was charged with DUI and resisting arrest.
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Casey C. Cutrary, 37, of Uniontown was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. In a second case, Cutrary was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Tyler M. Jacobs, 22, of Lemont Furnace was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins
James E. Skolnekovich, 34, of Charleroi was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Jennifer Larue, 46, of Coal Center was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Greene County
Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates
Carl S. Dulaney, 35, of Aleppo was charged with DUI.
Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson
William B. Smearcheck, 60, of Nemacolin was charged with DUI.
Jennifer L. Crilly, 36, of Carmichaels was charged with DUI.
Michele L. Cook, 34, of Rices Landing was charged with false identification to law enforcement.
Robert W. Gibson, 48, of Nemacolin was charged with defiant trespass.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso
Oshaey Ellis, 24, of Monessen was charged with failure to disperse, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Cameron Tyree, 27, of Monessen was charged with failure to disperse and disorderly conduct.
Ida Ellis, 50, of Monessen was charged with failure to disperse and disorderly conduct.
