The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 19. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Tanya L. Springer, 49, of Dunbar was charged with unregistered dogs and failure to comply.

Greene County

Senior Magisterial District Judge Jesse Cramer

Scott M. Stephenson, 41, of Waynesburg was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Brandi J. Stallard, 34, of Rices Landing was charged with aiding suicide.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Jennifer R. Stuart, 30, of Troy, Texas, was charged with DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Christopher J. Gunter, 24, of Pittsburgh was charged with terroristic threats.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Walter L. Roadman Jr., 47, of Latrobe was charged with simple assault.
