The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Oct. 23. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Keith A. Boyd, 60, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Matthew L. Pahel, 52, of Connellsville was charged with terroristic threats, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Sherry A. Lenhart, 45, of Grindstone was charged with fleeing or eluding police and reckless endangerment.

Dustin L. Jeffries, 19, of Smithfield was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Nicole M. Lehning, 18, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Braond M. Simcoke, 23, of Brownsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Gary J. Molek II, 23, of Fairchance was charged with access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

Andrew J. McClelland, 28, of Fairchance was charged with access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Brian K. Zacharias, 42, of Pittsburgh was charged with bad checks.

Devon W. Anderson, 27, of Jeannette was charged with bad checks.

Matthew J. Levdansky, 36, of Elizabeth was charged with bad checks.

Greene County

Senior Magisterial District Judge Jesse Cramer

Jeffrey E. Bechen, 28, of Waynesburg was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.

James W. Hayes, 42, of Waynesburg was charged with aggravated assault and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

John W. Croston, 24, of Carmichaels was charged with taking/killing big game beyond season limits and unlawful use of artificial light.

William M. Ruse Jr., 21, of Carmichaels was charged with taking/killing big game beyond season limits and unlawful use of artificial light.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Yvette A. Bowers, 51, of Uledi was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge James Ellis

Katina M. Tetorakis, 28, of West Mifflin was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Crystal M. Kellner, 37, of Fredericktown was charged with DUI.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

John Umbel, 46, of Bentleyville was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandon J. Wergin, 27, of Charleroi was charged with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy A. Kershaw, 31, of Monessen was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.
