The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Aug. 31. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

Christopher G. Yatsko, 39, of Markleysburg was charged with DUI.

Christine M. Brown, 48, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Nicholas C. Laughery, 20, of Uniontown was charged with false identification.

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Casey C. Cutary, 37, of Uniontown was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Jordan P. Logan, 21, of Dunbar was charged with flight to avoid apprehension.

Tanisha S. Meadows, 28, of Connellsville was charged with resisting arrest and hindering apprehension.

Gloria J. Taylor, 52, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.

Michael C. Taylor, 18, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.

Michael W. Core, 27, of Masontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Jenifer L. Androsky, 40, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Trevon M. French, 31, of Connellsville was charged with false imprisonment and simple assault.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

John D. Yellets, 70, of Rices Landing was charged with DUI.

Gabriel Elizondo Jr., 51, of Grafton, West Virginia, was charged with DUI.

Kyle K. Cathers, 23, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI and accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property.

Adam D. Smith, 36, of Nemacolin was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Nicholas L. Pappas II, 32, of Charleroi was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Ashley L. Burnsworth, 34, of Washington was charged with simple assault and accidents involving damage to attended vehicles or property.
