CALIFORNIA
Man charged
David Sterling Wright, 48, of Van Voorhis was charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest and propulsion of missiles onto roadways Wednesday. California Borough Police allege Wright threw rocks in the area of Mechanic and 3rd streets at about 9 p.m. He was arrested on a bus and told officers he had been drinking, according to court documents. Police said he repeatedly ignored commands and was quoted in court paperwork as saying “I’m going to find out where that officer lives and kill him,” referring to Officer Glab Wright. He is lodged in Washington County Prison in lieu of a $20,000 bond.

Women cited for fight
Lufeshia P. Silbaugh, 26, and Jasmine Curry, 20, both of Grindstone, were cited for harassment for allegedly fighting with each other at 305 Shagbark Road at about 10:30 p.m. Sunday.

Charges withdrawn
All charges previously filed against Tawnya Trainor, 36, of Uniontown were dismissed Thursday at a scheduled preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II.

Mark S. Ford, 33, of Richeyville was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property and retail theft for allegedly stealing from Lowe’s at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 8.
