The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Sept. 8. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Devin M. Fitzgerald, 28, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.
Kenneth D. Shaffer Jr., 28, of Uniontown was charged with failure to verify address or be photographed and failure to provide accurate information.
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.
Dylan A. Riley, 18, of Aston was charged with simple assault.
Robyn K. Gaston, 23, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, stalking, indecent exposure, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and open lewdness.
Tanisha S. Meadows, 28, of Connellsville was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II
Brian Veazey, 32, of Belle Vernon was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Leslie L. Stipa Jr., 37, of Perryopolis was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Katie L. Flocker, 28, of Fayette City was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Greene County
Senior Magisterial District Judge Jesse Cramer
Ryan C. O’Hara, 26, of Waynesburg was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
Tina M. Pitcock, 51, of Crucible was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility.
Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson
Briar D. Jones, 22, of Grindstone was charged with burglary, possession of the instrument of a crime, theft and receiving stolen property.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins
Eric J. Santiago, 29, of Monongahela was charged with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and corruption of minors.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels
Edward J. Deluca, 50, of Scottdale was charged with corrupt organizations, conspiracy, dealing in unlawful activities, knowledge that property is proceeds of an illegal act, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities and gambling devices.
James R. Tartal, 54, of Scottdale was charged with corrupt organizations, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, knowledge that property is proceeds of illegal activities, gambling devices and criminal conspiracy.
