The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Sept. 12. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Jasmine Stokes, 20, of Uniontown was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Kevin A. David, 55, of Masontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua A. McClure, 33, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Thomas L. Dean Jr., 24, of Connellsville was charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Gary L. Bradley, 43, of Uniontown was charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis

Amber N. Hibbard, 33, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Alyssa M. Deal, 24, of Uniontown was charged with criminal mischief.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Chad P. Kyper, 31, of Brownsville was charged with DUI.

Shauna R. Pennington, 27, of Cardale was charged with DUI.

Jody R. Bogol, 41, of East Millsboro was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Donavin L. Moore, 24, of Camp Hill was charged with false reports and criminal conspiracy to commit false reports.

Andrea N. Buchanan, 22, of Masontown was charged with false reports and criminal conspiracy to commit false reports.

Tenya T. Goosby-Hiser, 22, of Masontown was charged with making repairs to or selling offensive weapons and disorderly conduct.

Becky A. Howard, 49, of Martin was charged with hindering apprehension.

Thomas E. Conroy, 38, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Nathan Gribble, 34, of Uledi was charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.

Tesia Smigovsky, 23, of Lemont Furnace was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ronald E. Cramer, 55, of Connellsville was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Greene County

Senior Magisterial District Judge Jesse Cramer

Gordon C. Croushore, 27, of McClellandtown was charged with propulsion of missiles and criminal mischief.

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Michael A. Rickard Sr., 25, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI.

Dan A. Dunseath, 44, of Jefferson was charged with bad checks and theft.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Hunter Vadella, 20, of Elco was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Amanda Keegan, 24, of Donora was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing the administration of law enforcement.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Mark E. Torrey, 21, of Monongahela was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Drew J. Smith, 43, of Charleroi was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Kimberlee L. Piasecki, 47, of Greencastle was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Kasey M. Cavanaugh, 21, of Monessen was charged with receiving stolen property.

Jared J. Williams, 28, of Newell was charged with DUI, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kiana Crosby, 27, of Monessen was charged with obstructing the administration of law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

Lloyd E. Sherbondy Jr., 45, of Vanderbilt was charged with false written statements and statement under penalty.

Teresa L. Semancik, 44, of Glassport was charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ernest W. Frantz III, 52, of Glassport was charged with obstructing the administration of law enforcement and disorderly conduct.

David A. Ostendorf, 29, of Dayton, Ohio, was charged with DUI.

Roger C. Straughtmann, 28, of Acme was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Taryn M. Nicholson, 32, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
