The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Sept. 13. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Joshua A. Hodge, 37, of Uniontown was charged with strangulation, aggravated assault and simple assault.

Joshua E. Linnen, 22, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and theft.

Melisha R. Robinson, 39, of Uniontown was charged with multiple counts of animal fighting and possession of animal fighting paraphernalia.
Regis L. Grooms, 34, of Brownsville was charged with multiple counts of animal fighting and possession of animal fighting paraphernalia.
Edward Harris, 59, of New Bloomfield was charged with multiple counts of animal fighting and possession of animal fighting paraphernalia.
William R. Lohr, 42, of Point Marion was charged with obstructing or impeding justice by picketing and disorderly conduct.
Jessica G. Dodd, 33, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with simple assault and resisting arrest.
Eric D. Love, no age listed, of Keisterville was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Crystal Chalfant, 35, of North Charleroi was charged with access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

Donnette L. Ritenour, 46, of Monongahela was charged with fleeing or eluding, DUI, reckless endangerment, obstructing the administration of law enforcement and false identification to law enforcement.

David S. Wright, 48, of Van Voorhis was charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest and propulsion of missiles.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner
Tracy L. Pravlik, 45, of Yukon was charged with criminal trespass and terroristic threats.
Chantal A. Srdich, 46, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI and reckless endangerment.
