The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 22. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Kristopher N. Lewis, 40, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

James Taylor Jr., 25, of Connellsville was charged with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.

Carla Brown, 32, of Connellsville was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Michael R. Wiltrout, 33, of Dunbar was charged with robbery, simple assault, terroristic threats, theft and receiving stolen property.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Melinda R. Richter, 32, of Ronco was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Jamie L. Custer, 37, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Charles L. Rittenhouse II, 63, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Nessa M. Teets, 27, of Lemont Furnace was charged with access device fraud.

Traye Burnsworth, 22, of Mill Run was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Tyler N. Hardin, 23, of Mill Run was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Richard J. Miller, 27, of Connellsville was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Blaine Reese III, 19, of Uniontown was charged with corruption of minors.

Robert C. Friend, 38, of Point Marion was charged with DUI.

Harry D. Ramage, 30, of Masontown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Daniel P. Murphy Jr., 30, of Dunbar was charged with retail theft.

Cody S. Nicholson, 27, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joshua D. Snyder, 36, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Clifford W. Colbert, 36, of Vanderbilt was charged with burglary and criminal trespass.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

John M. Wunder, 24, of Waynesburg was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher C. Titchnell, 56, of Washington, Pennsylvania, was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Ronald M. Zaladonis, 39, of Donora was charged with simple assault.

Taylor J. Easterday, 25, of Donora was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Ashley N. Schmidt, 28, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Mecca L. Reddick, 43, of Monongahela was charged with retail theft.

Lori M. Nejberger, 52, of Monongahela was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Aaron D. Leeper, 37, of Brownsville was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tabitha A. Nalbone, 32, of Brownsville was charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Michaela Szabo, 23, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lukas R. Tedrow, 30, of Acme was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
