The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 24-26. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Michael A. Hice Sr., 44, of Masontown was charged with simple assault, reckless endangerment and terroristic threats.

Brandon L. Epps, 26, of Uniontown was charged with escape.

Elvis A. Wilson, 44, of Uniontown was charged with endangering the welfare of children.

Anita Romesburg, 54, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Danny L. Darnell Jr., 21, of Connellsville was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, loitering and prowling.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Christine M. Brown, 49, of New Stanton was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saundra Kushak, 32, of Vestaburg was charged with burglary, robbery, theft, prohibited possession of a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.

Rachelle Y. Marilungo, 30, of Rices Landing was charged with robbery, theft, prohibited possession of a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and burglary.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Robert M. Negrete, 35, of Wildomar, California, was charged with DUI.

Isaac Z. Farrell, 23, of Arnold was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple assault.

James A. Walters, 34, of Meadville was charged with theft.

Susan E. Colbert, 39, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Stephanie L. Miller, 39, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Joshua E. Linnen, 23, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kima R. Harris, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Chelena G. Glee, 45, of Philadelphia was charged with introducing a weapon that may be used to escape.

Malik Samuels, 34, of LaBelle was charged with inmates procuring a weapon.

Michael D. Wilson Jr., 22, of Republic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alice A. Farrier, 53, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Sherry A. Lenhart, 45, of Grindstone was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or eluding and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Garry F. Moore, 42, of Dilliner was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert J. Michael Jr., 42, of Point Marion was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

William H. Bohannon, 30, of LaBelle was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license and false reports.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Samuel A. Hixson, 20, of Lititz was charged with loitering and prowling.

Joshua L. Hegedis, 27, of Carmichaels was charged with burglary, theft and defiant trespass.

Travis A. Barlow, 39, of Waynesburg was charged with unlawful restraint and attempted simple assault.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Dakota L. Uhutch, 23, of Roscoe was charged with simple assault.

Marlita L. Addis, 55, of Charleroi was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tabitha Gorbey, 30, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Roxanne Childers, 35, of Brownsville was charged with false reports.

Bestian R. Pirt, 26, of Vestaburg was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

William M. Coombs Jr., 62, of Daisytown was charged with DUI.

Jacob A. Fonner, 33, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI.

Brittany V. Stallman, 28, of Dilliner was charged with unsworn falsification and false identification to law enforcement.

Julie A. Erickson, 25, of Denbo was charged with endangering the welfare of children.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Trisha L. Stickle, 26, of Dickerson Run was charged with tampering with evidence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal conspiracy to commit possession of drug paraphernalia.
