The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 27. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Michael S. Kubizna, 36, of Uniontown was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm.

Tammy R. Matthews, 47, of Lemont Furnace was charged with bad checks.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Andrea R. Capan, 31, no address listed, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Darrell L. Furlong, 30, of Isabella was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Janeen Troycheck, 50, of Masontown was charged with theft and possession of a counterfeit access device.

Nicole Michael, 31, of Point Marion was charged with retail theft.

Charles D. Lee, 58, of Point Marion was charged with simple assault.

Silvestre S. Perez Jr., 18, of Masontown was charged with simple assault.

Charles W. Younkin, 43, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Brittany L. Naylor, 28, of Star Junction was charged with DUI.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

Stacy A. Demaske, 28, of Jefferson was charged with fleeing or eluding and DUI.

Earl L. Welsh Jr., 57, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Nike A. Sannicolas, 24, of Graysville was charged with fleeing or eluding, DUI and accidents involving damage to vehicles or property.

Daniel W. Early Jr., 32, of Waynesburg was charged with simple assault.

Cody D. Jannenga, 21, of Piney Flats, Tennessee, was charged with attempted homicide, robbery, aggravated assault, theft and criminal conspiracy to commit robbery.

Darren A. Rose, 22, of Carmichaels was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Joshua W. Kefover, 32, of Uniontown was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or eluding, reckless endangerment and obstruction of law.

Alexis D. Fincik, 19, of Donora was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Emmanuel C. Krakue, 30, of Charleroi was charged with theft, strangulation and simple assault.

Joshua W. Kefover, 32, of Uniontown was charged with flight to avoid apprehension, escape, fleeing or eluding, possession of display documents, resisting arrest and reckless endangerment.

Jonathan O. Crum, 33, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Alisha D. Crayne, 28, of Clarksville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Star D. Rutan, 39, of Rogersville was charged with false identification, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Delicia T. Knowles, 28, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Michael L. Zellie Jr., 34, of Brownsville was charged with aggravated assault of an unborn child, aggravated assault and simple assault.

Eric V. Fairman, 21, of Pittsburgh was charged with criminal mischief and criminal conspiracy to commit criminal mischief.

Brent E. McCormick, 22, of New Castle was charged with criminal mischief and criminal conspiracy to commit criminal mischief.

Westmoreland County
