California Borough police cited Nicolette M. Becker, 20, of Bethel Park for underage drinking following an incident April 8 at 2:20 a.m.

California Borough police said they cited Justin N. Smith, 22, of Harrisburg under the borough’s disorderly house ordinance after they were allegedly called to his apartment on First Street April 8 because he was having a loud party.

California Borough police said Donovan Piccolo, 36, of Donora was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, strangulation and harassment after he allegedly assaulted something during an argument at a Mechanic Street home in the borough on April 7.

Five people were cited under the borough’s disorderly house ordinance after an alleged party at a Union Street home with several underage attendees, California police said. Those cited were: Michael R. Fahringer, 20, of Philadelphia; Patrick Huver Jr., 20, of Lincoln University; Thomas Intieri, 20, of Sarver; Lauren McCanany, 20, of St. Mary; Alexander E. Worgo, 21, of Arnold, Maryland.
