The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties April 6-8. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Paris W. Lindsey, 28, of Uniontown was charged with unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Rachel A. Eutsey, 36, of Normalville was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Neil Gray Jr., 22, of Connellsville was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, terroristic threats and reckless endangerment.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Brandon C. Quickley, 38, of Masontown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Dustin T. Newell, 25, of Dawson was charged with aggravated assault, attempted homicide, unlawful restraint, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Michael B. Rugg, 39, of Dunbar was charged with aggravated assault, strangulation, simple assault and resisting arrest.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

John M. Brunk Jr., 29, of Wheeling, West Virginia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lester B. Spielvogel, 33, of Wheeling, West Virginia, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Lisa Richardson, no age listed, of Clairton was charged with bad checks.

Dennis McKnight, 46, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Donovan L. Piccolo, 36, of Donora was charged with aggravated assault, strangulation and simple assault.

Jordan AJ Porky, 25, of Coal Center was charged with aggravated assault, flight to avoid apprehension and simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Cameron M. Grogan, 24, of Belle Vernon was charged with simple assault.

Prevail Hall, 31, of Monongahela was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Larry A. Wagner Jr., 20, of Jeanette was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Maren Egnatz, 39, of Irwin was charged with simple assault.
