The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties April 9. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Roy Cummings, 36, of Uniontown was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and simple assault.

Daniel A. Georg, 47, of Masontown was charged with retail theft.

Robert C. Kline, 33, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Bonnie Shawley, 43, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jason E. Stull, 34, of Masontown was charged with DUI.

Shanae Hodge, 37, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Shannon Lynch, 41, of Mount Pleasant was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Timothy D. Muehlbronner, 29, of Dunbar was charged with making repairs to or selling offensive weapons.

Justin R. Hall, 18, of Mount Braddock was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, cruelty to animals and reckless endangerment.

Wesley L. Rafail, 47, of Uniontown was charged with indecent assault.

Andrew Fisher, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tryvon Brown, 20, of Brownsville was charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Matthew L. Murray, 30, of Point Marion was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nathan C. Boyer, 24, of Point Marion was charged with DUI.

Danielle S. Lewis, 36, of Masontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric O. Lewis, 20, of Waynesburg was charged with criminal mischief and theft.

Brandy N. Horuwalt, 30, of Dilliner was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and theft.

Joni A. Nicholson, 47, of Point Marion was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and theft.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

David G. Malarkey Jr., 22, of Bentleyville was charged with DUI.

Elijah M. White, 19, of Donora was charged with theft

Matthew J. Robison, 30, of Roscoe was charged with DUI.

Kimberly L. Belle, 44, of Aliquippa was charged with retail theft.

Rocheisha Winters, 35, of Charleroi was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Heather D. Cathers, 42, of Belle Vernon was charged with retail theft.

Jessica Rose, 24, of Monessen was charged with theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Philip J. Martin, 32, of Charleroi was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cheryl L. Johnson, 39, of Charleroi was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Crystal M. Yocolano, 38, of Charleroi was charged with theft.

Michael Yankosky, no age listed, of Charleroi was charged with bad checks.

Alysia M. Prosser, 34, of Charleroi was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. In a second case, she was charged with theft.

Malik W. Jackson, 21, of Daisytown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ronelle L. Grant Jr., 23, of Chester was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Demetri M. Clements, 22, of Coal Center was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Isaiah Z. Grimes, 21, of Brownsville was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

Lance R. Torres, 21, of Mather was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Christopher E. Lincavage Sr., 56, of Coal Center was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Chris Bozik, 35, of Monessen was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Erica L. Dunseath, 34, of Monessen was charged with endangering the welfare of children.

Alexandrea M. Broadwater, 26, of West Newton was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kelley Ulander, 50, of Belle Vernon was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Michael E. Bloom, 37, of Monessen was charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault.

Daniel L. Brummett, 25, of Irwin was charged with DUI.

Theodore S. Baer, 56, of Smithton was charged with DUI.
