The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties April 10. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Tammy R. Crossland, 51, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.
Dominique M. Walters, 19, of New Salem was charged with simple assault.
Joshua K. Walker, 30, of Lemont Furnace was charged with DUI and accidents involving damage to vehicles or property.
Alice D. Zitz, 61, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.
Tylor C. Swink, 24, of Lemont Furnace was charged with strangulation, simple assault, terroristic threats, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brendon R. Akers, 17, of Uniontown was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, prohibited possession of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Shirl L. Dewitt, 30, of Fairchance was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Paul W. Walden Sr., 44, of Masontown was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
Justin D. Shipp, 21, of Uniontown was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.
Christopher Shellhammer, 30, of McClellandtown was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Shalon C. Thomas, 28, of Uniontown was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Dustin J. Crissey, 31, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Scott H. Firestone, 51, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.
David D. Everett III, 22, of Turtle Creek was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

David L. Kirby, 62, of Waynesburg was charged with DUI.
Jason W. Statler, 43, of Blacksville, West Virginia, was charged with DUI.

Amber L. Jenkins, 28, of Waynesburg was charged with receiving stolen property and theft.

Mecca L. Vaccaro, 43, of Monongahela was charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.

Devin L. Sadler, 35, of Brownsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
Robert W. Petrick, 52, of Bentleyville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nathan B. Raymond, 30, of Bentleyville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Robert B. Murray Jr., 44, of Bentleyville was charged with DUI.
Daniel J. Rawlings, 36, of Cokeburg was charged with aggravated assault, strangulation and simple assault.
Carol L. Givens, 26, of Cokeburg was charged with simple assault.

Brian Delacruz, 22, of Lancaster was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia in a second case.
Drew Olmo, 19, of Venetia was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Larissa S. Jones, 20, of Wind Ridge was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property.
Amy R. Jenkins, 30, of Marianna was charged with receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property.
Tyler M. Bergman, 23, of Adah was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jeremy D. Lightner, 28, of Waynesburg was charged with receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Justin P. Forman, 24, of Clarksville was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. In a second case, he was also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Morgan S. Molea, 23, of Clarksville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Gerald L. Clinton, 57, of Clarksville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and making repairs to offensive weapons.
Lisa M. Fouse, 41, of Richeyville was charged with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, terroristic threats and resisting arrest.
Darian Karamzadeh, 21, of Roscoe, Illinois, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
