Noah M. Waters, 21, of Coal Center is facing two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia after California Borough Police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation at about 9:30 p.m. July 21 on California Road.

Retail theft

State police charged Jonathan A. Lewis, 33, of Uniontown was charged with theft by deception for allegedly presenting a receipt at Giant Eagle for $38.63 in merchandise and attempting to receive cash back for it at about 11 a.m. July 21.
