The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Aug. 3-5. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Zelcon D. Walker, 22, of New Salem was charged with burglary and criminal mischief.

Wayne A. Crossland, 53, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Lisa A. Henning, 53, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Dominique C. Settles, 18, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and criminal conspiracy.

Joshua A. Osburn, 25, of Cardale was charged with DUI.

Matthew M. Bowlen Jr., 26, of Washington was charged with flight to avoid apprehension and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Dennis J. Miller, 40, of Connellsville was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, intimidating a witness and disorderly conduct.

Jody B. Johnston, 25, of Dawson was charged with retail theft.

Thomas C. Stark Jr., 42, of Munhall was charged with receiving stolen property and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

James D. Jordan Jr., 20, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Tyler R. Brooks, 27, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and false identification to law enforcement.

Shannon L. Ermlick, 40, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Dezarea-Janea R. Lilley, 20, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Scott P. Stanley, 46, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Anthony S. Forman, 50, of Washington was charged with operating a watercraft with a high rate of alcohol and incapable of safely operating watercraft.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Steven L. Rogers, 35, of Smithfield was charged with theft, criminal trespass and fleeing from an officer.

Benson J. Rogers, 44, of West Virginia was charged with theft, criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher N. Foster, 30, of Smithfield was charged with strangulation, terroristic threats, criminal mischief and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Tracy L. Keffer, 48, of Dawson was charged with simple assault.

Alan K. McCutcheon Jr., 25, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Devon Johnson-Brown, 28, of Duquesne was charged with delivering a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jesse G. Sphon, 23, of Greensburg was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and DUI.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Rebecca Hill, 38, of Daisytown was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

John J. Hresko, 54, of West Newton was charged with aggravated assault, receiving stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, terroristic threats and simple assault.

Ashley A. Burgert, 25, of North Huntingdon was charged with DUI.

David L. Pilpovich, 31, of Irwin was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and DUI.

Benjamin J. Keefer, 30, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Matthew A. Riggs, 28, of Mt. Pleasant was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
