The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Aug. 10-12. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Justice T. Thorpe, 19, of Uniontown was charged with escape and criminal attempted escape.

Jordan T. Kennedy, 18, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Patrick L. Patterson, 54, of Crucible was charged with writing bad checks.

George S. McDonald, 30, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Tracy R. Georgiana, 46, of Uniontown was charged with making a materially false written statement and statement under penalty.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Donald H. Lycett, 56, of Connellsville was charged with delivering a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ashley N. Flynn, 25, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Clifford M. Madison, 18, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a firearm prohibited, theft, receiving stolen property and firearms not to be carried without a license.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Justice T. Thorpe, 19, of Uniontown was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, possession of firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license and possession of a weapon.

Davis W. Hall, 25, of Uniontown was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

David H. George Jr., 46, of Point Marion was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and aggravated assault.

Merchant A. Brownfield, 57, of Smithfield was charged with indecent assault.

Justin L. Swaney, 29, of McClellandtown was charged with DUI.

Ike B. Brownfield, 53, of Smithfield was charged with indecent assault.

Bernard Grant Jr., 23, of New Salem was charged with DUI.

April F. Wingrove, 41, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and DUI.

Xuan S. Sayles, 41, of Masontown was charged with possession of marijuana.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

David W. Inman, 57, of Belle Vernon was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Stephen G. Barton, 40, of Perryopolis was charged with simple assault and obstruction of justice.

Thomas Porter, 44, of Newell was charged with theft.

Cody J. Craig, 27, of Vandergrift was charged with theft.

Tony A. Roberts Jr., 20, of Belle Vernon was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.

David L. Carbone, 32, of Fredericktown was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, defiant trespass and disorderly conduct.

Janice Reed, 57, of Belle Vernon was charged with terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Elliott N. Stanley, 19, of Lemont Furnace was charged with simple assault.

George K. Burnsworth, 55, of South Connellsville was charged with accident involving damage to attended vehicle.

Greene County

Marcie L. Burroughs, 49, of Jefferson was charged with failing to register with PSP.

Robert J. Hughes, 28, of Greensboro was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Jaymes D. Molisee, 26, of Maidsville, West Virginia, was charged with operating a watercraft with a high rate of alcohol and reckless operation of a watercraft.

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

David G. Tennant, 65, of Maidsville, West Virginia was charged with theft.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Joshua A. Billion, 30, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Antoinette Heart, 40, of Stockdale was charged with retail theft.

Paul Thompson, 51, of Charleroi was charged with simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Mark S. Ford II, 34, of Richeyville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Troy A. Loughner II, 30, of Irwin was charged with criminal attempted burglary and criminal trespass.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Scott Lawson, 36, of Mount Pleasant was charged with unlawful restrain, false imprisonment and disorderly conduct.
