The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Aug. 14. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Tony L. Burnsworth, 20, of Somerset was charged with DUI.

Harry E. Dillinger, 34, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James W. Johnson, 23, of Melcroft was charged with simple assault.

Jason S. Frezzell, 46, of Connellsville was charged with institutional vandalism.

Devon A. Rimel, 26, of New Salem was charged with simple assault.

Jonathan A. Lewis, 33, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Robert F. Huey, 35, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Joyce A. Hough, 50, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Michael P. Fetsco, 30, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alysha M. Hixenbaugh, 23, of Brownsville was charged with retail theft.

Nailah M. Lett, 22, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Eric C. Hice, 32, of Uniontown was charged with DUI and fleeing from an officer.

Robert A. Christner, 50, of Brownsville was charged with DUI and resisting arrest.

Patricia L. Christner, 28, of Brownsville was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Tyler W. Rice, 22, of Brownsville was charged with simple assault.

Devin T. Walker, 21, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Michael J. Cox, 51, of Hiller was charged with DUI.

William H. Orndoff, 63, of Waynesburg was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Douglas J. Stout, 24, of Chestnut Ridge was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Edward Douglas, 47, of Brownsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Steven R. Keating, 52, of New Salem was charged with DUI.

Cody J. Bergman, 21, of McClellandtown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ashley L. Cardine, 33, of Cardale was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

James E. Dennis III, 35, of Fairchance was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance.

Ronald E. Rainey Jr., 43, of Brownsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Paul J. Tate, 27, of Republic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

John R. Wallace Jr., 59, of Charleroi was charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Bradley Timko, 22, of Stockdale was charged with false imprisonment, simple assault and endangering the welfare of children.

Kendall L. Gibson, 21, of Grindstone was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana, and DUI.

Scott D. Sines, 48, of Elizabeth was charged with theft and receiving advance payment for services failed to perform.

Amanda R. Binger, 30, of Belle Vernon was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.

Erika L. Jenkins, 37, of Richeyville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance.

Pamela D. Hootman, 38, of Slovan was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tracy A. Guzzi, 52, of Allenport was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

John J. Guzzi, 57, of Allenport was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
