The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Aug. 17-19. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Tommi C. Barber, 22, of Smithfield was charged with theft.
Roy C. Johnson Jr., 24, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property, flight to avoid apprehension, DUI, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.
Anette D. Sanabria Valez, 33, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Jamie L. Hone, 37, of Vanderbilt was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lori A. Rankin, 32, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Danny A. Batya Jr., 38, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.
Mary L. Ifedigbo, 41, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.
