The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Aug. 17-19. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Tommi C. Barber, 22, of Smithfield was charged with theft.

Roy C. Johnson Jr., 24, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property, flight to avoid apprehension, DUI, disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.

Anette D. Sanabria Valez, 33, of Farmington was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Jamie L. Hone, 37, of Vanderbilt was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lori A. Rankin, 32, of Uniontown was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Danny A. Batya Jr., 38, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Mary L. Ifedigbo, 41, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Leland F. Finney, 20, of Powers, Michigan, was charged with DUI.

Martin R. Thompson, 21, of Mill Run was charged with simple assault.

Brian K. Layman, 35, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Daniel P. Gummo, 55, of Acme was charged with DUI.

Cody G. Goff, 32, of Pasadena, Texas, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Tre A. Hall, 25, of New Salem was charged with strangulation and simple assault.

Alysha M. Hixenbaugh, 23, of Brownsville was charged with retail theft.

James A. Harris Jr., 36, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Scott A. Page, 23, of Brownsville was charged with retail theft.

Glenn Adams, 48, of Smock was charged with DUI.

Roger L. Harris, 36, of Fairchance was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sarah D. Al-Balawi, 24, of Uniontown was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Antonio D. Archer, 29, of Masontown was charged with statutory sexual assault, IDSI, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and sexual assault.

Jessica M. Archer, 28, of Masontown was charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children.

Brandon L. Sharp, 33, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Mathew L. Murray, 31, of Point Marion was charged with delivering a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Steven A. Friend, 30, of McClellandtown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jeremy D. Keller, 29, of Leckrone was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Michael J. Wachinski II, 36, of Crucible was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

James F. Nehls, 35, of Brownsville was charged with retail theft.

Frank A. Bennett, 23, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Pamela L. Parry, 43, of Wind Ridge was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Carrie L. Riley, 37, of Morgantown, West Virginia, was charged with receiving stolen property.

Jacob A. Shields, 25, was charged with receiving stolen property.

Brian K. Karadavut, 31, of Crucible was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jonas J. Nicklow, 39, of Dilliner was charged with DUI.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge 10-1-03 (vacant office)

Charles E. Smith, 71, of Monessen was charged with receiving stolen property and manufacturing a vehicle master key.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Jamie L. Converso, 35, of West Newton was charged with aggravated assault by vehicle and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

David B. Long, 34, of Mt. Pleasant was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
