Warrant arrest
Brownsville police arrested Anna Nehls, 34, on a Greene County warrant after she was seen on a porch at 431 Green St. at about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Two-vehicle accident
State police said a Suzuki Grand Vitara driver traveled into the path of a Pontiac G8 driver who was pulling out to make a left from the stop sign at the intersection of Englishman Hill Road and Pleasant Valley Road. The Pontiac hit the Suzuki at about 9:10 a.m. Monday, police said. No injuries were reported.

Marijuana possession
Natalie Robertson, 18, of Charleroi was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at about 10:20 p.m. Aug. 16 on Wood Street.

Domestic violence
Alan McCutcheon Jr., 25, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault and strangulation after allegedly walking into a woman’s apartment Aug. 16 and choking her. When she broke free, he allegedly kicked her while she was on the ground. She had signs of recent injury, police said.

Retail theft
Jessica Brink, 21, of Uniontown was cited with retail theft for allegedly stealing a bag of tobacco and a package of rolling papers from Cash Saver, Aug. 19.

Simple assault
Brandon D. Bird, 36, of McClellandtown was charged with simple assault for allegedly assaulting a woman at 342 Puritan Village Road at about 9 a.m. Aug. 7. Police said he grabbed her, pushed her and squeezed her arms causing injuries including bruising.

Theft from vehicle
State police said someone stole a cellphone and accessories belonging to Daniel Lohr, 26, of Mineral Point between midnight and 9:30 a.m. July 29. Police said the items were in an unlocked vehicle at 172 St. Clair Street.

Statutory sexual assault
State police are investigating reports of an 18-year-old North Union Township woman engaging in consensual sex with a 14-year-old boy between April 4 and June 1.

Marijuana possession
Greggory P. Bierer, 23, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana after he was allegedly found with the drugs during a traffic stop at the intersection of Rolling Hills Estate Road and Rankin Airshaft Road at about 1:40 a.m. Aug. 17.

Liquor law violation
The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited UN Enterprise, Inc. for allegedly furnishing liquor to an 18 year old July 15.
