The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Jan. 25. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Michael Metros
Darrin E. Mackey, 26, of New Brighton was charged with DUI.
Ashley M. Liptak, 33, of Uniontown was charged with fraudulently obtaining foodstamps.
Shalon C. Thomas, 28, of Uniontown was charged with disorderly conduct.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Clark B. Smith, 29, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.
Jessica L. Bodkin, 26, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, retail theft and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft.
Destiny D. Frazee, 18, of New Salem was charged with false identification.
Desean L. McCoy, 21, of McClellandtown was charged with strangulation and simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
Craig Wilczynski, 46, of Smock was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cody J. Wilczynski, 23, of Smock was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Stephanie A. Workman, 40, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and DUI. In a second case, she was charged with DUI.
Tori L. Leapline, 45, of Dunbar was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI and false identification.
Paul Altenburg II, 37, of Uniontown was charged with DUI and disorderly conduct.

Darren A. Rose, 22, of Carmichaels was charged with tattooing a minor.
Washington County

Matthew D. Davis, 24, of Charleroi was charged with DUI.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso
Taryll M. Skaggs, 42, of Belle Vernon was charged with robbery, stalking, theft, receiving stolen property and simple assault.
Kathy P. Breakwell, 54, of Monessen was charged with possession of a controlled substance and retail theft.
Jason Rihn, 39, of Monessen was charged with DUI.
