The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Jan. 26. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

David E. Richter, 43, of Uniontown was charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure and corruption of minors.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Mya A. Thomas, 19, of Republic was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Kristen J. Whitfield, 27, of Connellsville was charged with theft.

William M. Costabile Jr., 37, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Tafari J. Ryan, 22, of Brownsville was charged with aggravated assault, kidnapping, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, strangulation and simple assault.

Mary I. Wardell, 28, of Lemont Furnace was charged with access device fraud and theft.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Lloyd D. Canady Jr., 31, of Harviell, Missouri, was charged with DUI.

Christine R. Walker, 49, of New Salem was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Steven E. Provance, 22, of Ronco was charged with theft.

Stephanie A. Workman, 40, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Paul E. Lawson Jr., 47, of Point Marion was charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault.

Heather Lawson, 32, of Point Marion was charged with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Jordan P. Logan, 21, of Vanderbilt was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Dakota S. Palone, 18, of Greensboro was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Amber C. Paulson, 25, of Charleroi was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Peri L. Youngblood II, 25, of Charleroi was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

David E. Mick, 60, of North Charleroi was charged with theft and access device fraud.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Justin M. Warner, 30, of Monongahela was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, prohibited possession of a firearm and firearms carried without a license.

Magisterial District Judge Joshua Kanalis

Elijan J. Sellers, 19, of Pittsburgh was charged with simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Mark R. Zabielski, 41, no address listed, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Kelly Marshall, 40, no address listed, was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Bridget M. Meister, 51, of Monessen was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

David P. Fosbrink Jr., 27, of Smithton was charged with fleeing or eluding police and DUI.
