DUI
Kelsey L. Eicher, 24, of Mill Run was charged with DUI after she was allegedly stopped for a traffic violation and police determined she was under the influence of alcohol Jan. 20, according to state police.

Underage drinking
Cameron M. Fleming, 19, of Charleroi was cited with purchase of alcohol by a minor and public drunkenness after he was allegedly found in public at 131 Union St. under the influence of alcohol at about 12:40 a.m. Jan. 20.

Disorderly house
Austin Fisher, 20, of Carnegie and Christian N. Fletcher, 21, of Crescent were cited by California Borough Police under the borough’s disorderly house ordinance. Police were called for a loud party at about 12:20 a.m. Jan. 27 and reported observing a large group of people, loud noise and smelling burned marijuana.

Man charged
California Borough Police charged Anthony M. Rhodes, 22, of Republic with tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped by police at the intersection of Third and Wood streets at about 2:10 a.m. Jan. 25 for minor traffic violations. Police allegedly noticed evidence of drug paraphernalia and evidence that Rhodes was attempting to destroy other evidence.

Access device fraud
State police said someone used a 75-year-old Connellsville woman’s debit card to make unauthorized purchases online between Dec. 16 to Dec. 28.

Liquor law violation
The Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited Greene County Citizens Club Local No. 7 for allegedly failing to adhere to a constitution and by-laws, failing to fulfill charter purposes, failing to hold regular meetings and failing to maintain records.

Bad checks
Josi L. Knox, 28, of Masontown was charged with bad checks for allegedly passing two bad checks on Dec. 8 and Dec. 22 at 321 Ruble Mill Road for a total amount of $4,421.66.

Woman trapped in car
State police said driver Jasmine F. Lewis, 23, of Uniontown was injured after losing control of her vehicle on Georges Fairchance Road near Old Wynn Road at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Her Ford Taurus hit an embankment and rolled over. Fairchance fire department extricated her from the passenger side of her vehicle. She was taken to Uniontown Hospital by Southwest EMS. Police said she was not wearing a seat belt.

Cable stolen
German Township police charged Jeffrey S. Leadbeater Sr., 46, of Smithfield for allegedly driving onto property along Sunshine Hollow Road, Dec. 27, and stealing $3,000 worth of electric cable along with a co-conspirator, who had not yet been charged as of Friday afternoon.

Car into tree
Jesse R. Skelton, 34, of Uniontown lost control of his Mazda RX8 on Collier Road near Langley Road at about 9 p.m. Feb. 4 and hit a tree, causing the car to roll onto its side, state police said. No injuries were reported.

Drug charges
German Township police charged Andrew N. Mosley, 32, of Edenborn with four counts each of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance after he was allegedly found with Suboxone strips during a probation check at 30 Main Street at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. Inside police said they found a large baggie containing 25 knotted baggies containing a white substance, three percoset pills, suspected crack cocaine and suspected marijuana and a gun.

No injuries in wreck
State police said driver Jason W. Dennis, 41, of Markleysburg entered the opposing lane of traffic on U.S. 40 (National Pike) near Flat Rock Road and left the road, traveling about 100 feet before hitting a utility pole at about 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Burglary reported
State police said someone broke into 175 Sutton Road and caused damage between 5 p.m. Feb. 3 and 6:45 p.m. Sunday.

Retail theft
Mark A. Cunningham, 35, of Star Junction was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing from Wal-Mart at about 10 a.m. Jan. 31.

Harassment citations
Michael J. Pechatsko, 59, of Uniontown and Tammy M. Ashburn, 37, of Smithfield were both cited with harassment for allegedly fighting at Sheetz at about 2 a.m. Thursday and at his 1235 Lincoln Ave. residence.
