The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Feb. 3-4. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner
Cindy Castor, 41, of Elizabeth was charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels
Brian E. Vought, 25, of Mount Pleasant was charged with strangulation and simple assault.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
David Johnson, 28, of Chestnut Ridge was charged with dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, aiding consummation of a crime, tampering with public records and statements under penalty.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Robert A. Harris II, 25, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.
Mahogany L. Williams, 18, of Uniontown was charged with robbery, flight to avoid apprehension, retail theft and resisting arrest.
Patrick F. Skora, 56, of Uniontown was charged with DUI, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
Keven S. Gibson, 53, of Chandlerville, Ohio, was charged with DUI.
Martin E. Boyer, 43, of Lemont Furnace was charged with theft.
John M. Russell, 26, of Uniontown was charged with burglary, simple assault and reckless endangerment.
Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.
Burt Parsons, 55, of Republic was charged with aggravated indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent assault and endangering the welfare of children.
