The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Feb. 9. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Jory L. Rogers, 47, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Amanda D. Drake, 30, of Uniontown was charged with disorderly conduct, aggravated assault and terroristic threats.

Jeremiah R. Pletcher, 19, of Vanderbilt was charged with fleeing or eluding police, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kori L. Spohn, 31, of Clairton was charged with burglary, access device fraud, theft and receiving stolen property.

Alec J. Prinkey, 19, of Normalville was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Jacob A. Landman, 21, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Jessica L. Ohler, 20, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Kenneth E. Ohler, 55, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Kenneth Ohler, 25, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Alyssa L. Ritenour, 19, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Morgan P. Churby, 20, of Smithfield was charged with simple assault.

Charles M. Chaney, 38, of Uniontown was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit theft, theft and receiving stolen property.

Donnie R. Riggleman, 25, of Grandville, West Virginia, was charged with corruption of minors and indecent assault.

Joshua Shaw, 29, of Uniontown was charged with false statements and statements under penalty.

Eric D. Love, 29, of Adah was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Washington County

Kathryn L. Selestow, 37, of Fredericktown was charged with DUI.

Chasity L. Kelly, 38, of Charleroi was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Regina M. Musta, 41, of Marianna was charged with possession of a weapon, simple assault, reckless endangerment and criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault.

Timothy P. Smith, 40, of Pittsburgh was charged with DUI.

Steven J. Fiem, 26, of Clarksville was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Daryl L. Shriner, 49, of Charleroi was charged with theft and identity theft.

Westmoreland County

Devin J. Derkach, 21, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Peter K. Johnson Jr., 20, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI.
