The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Feb. 10-12. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Joseph W. Belt, 31, of Uniontown was charged with strangulation, simple assault, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.

Robert E. Azare Jr., 46, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated harassment by prisoner.

Sheldon T. Hall, 40, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property.

Kelsha Barnes, 28, of Charleroi was charged with false alarm to a public safety agency. In a second case, she was charged with defiant trespass.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Cody S. Nicholson, 27, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.

Ronald E. Cramer Sr., 56, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Marla Arnold-Blake, 38, of Charleroi was charged with DUI.

Steven D. Thurmond, 37, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.

Joshua Hall, no age listed, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.

Daniell M. Tackett, 41, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Jessie L. Mooney, 31, of Pittsburgh was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Emslie Y. Green, 57, of Uniontown was charged with fleeing and eluding, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and flight to avoid apprehension.

Walter E. Richardson, 30, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.

Jonie L. Hall, 37, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft, flight to avoid apprehension, simple assault, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest.

Ryan T. Krysak, 30, of Confluence was charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal conspiracy to commit theft.

Lenora A. Hendrix, 45, of Farmington was charged with possession of a firearm by a minor.

Jesse M. Fisher, 30, of Dawson was charged with resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension, disorderly conduct and obstruction of highways.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge David Balint

Christy L. McCarty, 45, of Waynesburg was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Charles E. Smith, 78, of Monessen was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and loitering and prowling.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

David T. Julue, 31, of Charleroi was charged with theft. In a second case, he is charged with false identification to law enforcement.

Frederick W. Markovitz IV, 24, of Ellsworth was charged with simple assault.

Matthew A. Mance, 28, of Cokeburg was charged with homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault by vehicle and reckless endangerment.

Amanda N. Swarrow, 32, of Brownsville was charged with DUI.

Hannah L. Groover, 24, of Vestaburg was charged with false reports.

Joseph D. Caputo IV, 30, of Fredericktown was charged with simple assault.

Zachiery R. Wingler, 22, of Fredericktown was charged with simple assault.

Westmoreland County

Drake W. Bucci, 20, of Newell was charged with indecent exposure and open lewdness in each of two cases.

Dustin M. Greenwood, 27, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI.

Rachel C. Watson, 21, of Belle Vernon was charged with simple assault.

Jacob S. Gheradini, 21, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

William C. Watson, 48, of Belle Vernon was charged with simple assault.

Zachary M. Gonzales, 25, of Belle Vernon was charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, criminal conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, theft, criminal conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property.

David P. Vankavelaar, 25, of Webster was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, criminal conspiracy to commit theft and criminal conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property.
