The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Feb. 10-12. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Joseph W. Belt, 31, of Uniontown was charged with strangulation, simple assault, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.
Robert E. Azare Jr., 46, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated harassment by prisoner.
Sheldon T. Hall, 40, of Uniontown was charged with receiving stolen property.
Kelsha Barnes, 28, of Charleroi was charged with false alarm to a public safety agency. In a second case, she was charged with defiant trespass.

Cody S. Nicholson, 27, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.
Ronald E. Cramer Sr., 56, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Marla Arnold-Blake, 38, of Charleroi was charged with DUI.
Steven D. Thurmond, 37, of Connellsville was charged with retail theft.
Joshua Hall, no age listed, of Connellsville was charged with simple assault.
Daniell M. Tackett, 41, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Emslie Y. Green, 57, of Uniontown was charged with fleeing and eluding, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and flight to avoid apprehension.
Walter E. Richardson, 30, of Uniontown was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment.
Jonie L. Hall, 37, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft, flight to avoid apprehension, simple assault, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest.
Ryan T. Krysak, 30, of Confluence was charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, theft and criminal conspiracy to commit theft.
Lenora A. Hendrix, 45, of Farmington was charged with possession of a firearm by a minor.
