The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Feb. 16. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Devin M. Fitzgerald, 28, of Uniontown was charged with criminal homicide, robbery and criminal conspiracy to commit robbery.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Nessa Teets, 27, of Lemont Furnace was charged with burglary, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal mischief and defiant trespass.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Kelley D. Truley, 32, of Masontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kristen N. Smith, 25, of Smithfield was charged with DUI.

Ashley N. Allison, 20, of Connellsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Lisa Galloway, 48, of Daisytown was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Katherine N. Byers, 33, of Greenville was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft.

Jimmy D. Klink, 45, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Stephany L. King, 29, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Roy E. Henry, 48, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Trinity L. Smith, 25, of New Salem was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft.

Clark B. Smith Jr., 29, of Uniontown was charged with criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Robert B. Watrous, 54, of Charleroi was charged with theft and access device fraud. In a second case, he was charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

Eric C. Diperna, 26, of Clairton was charged with false identification.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Joshua W. Skirble, 26, of Bentleyville was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and making repairs to offensive weapons.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso

Hunter S. Telegraphis, 19, of Monessen was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

Chantel L. Isbell, no age listed, of Monessen was charged with retail theft and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Judd D. Rasmussen, 38, of Traffod was charged with possession of a controlled substance and DUI.

Theresa M. Kaste, 24, of Hunker was charged with criminal mischief.

Michelle R. Bittner, 45, of Smithton was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael A. Rozzo Jr., 31, of West Newton was charged with terroristic threats and harassment.
