The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Jan. 4. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Otis L. Boley, 40, of Ansted, West Virginia, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
Michael Overly, 27, of Uniontown was charged with forgery.
Pamela J. Crickenberger, 36, of Harper, West Virginia, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ernest Higgins, 70, of Smock was charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, corruption of minors and indecent assault.
Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.
Joseph D. Shawley, 25, of Melcroft was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of children and simple assault.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
Sara K. Fast, 30, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault, endangering the welfare of children and reckless endangerment.

Gene M. Anderson, 35, of Belle Vernon was charged with burglary, theft and receiving stolen property.
Westmoreland County
Magisterial District Judge Joseph Dalfonso
Clintell D. Gillaspie, 21, of Monessen was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault and disorderly conduct.
Linda M. Piper, 35, of West Newton was charged with retail theft.
Cameron C. Brice, 18, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mark A. Zimmerman Jr., 21, of Rillton was charged with DUI.

John P. Kerr, 46, of Elizabeth was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
Shane M. Pierce, 35, of West Newton was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.
Patrick McKinney III, 31, of Monessen was charged with criminal mischief.
Jermaine L. Mosley, 27, of Charleroi was charged with criminal mischief.
Michael G. McCrobie, 19, of North Charleroi was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.
