The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties Jan. 23. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.
Fayette County
Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros
Charles J. Duncan, 30, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and resisting arrest.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Gregory D. Kimmel, 63, of South Connellsville was charged with retail theft.
Dashalon M. Jones, 25, of Uniontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
Melissa A. Wiles, 23, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.
Adrian D. Ross, 27, of Uniontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dante D. Ripley, 25, no address listed, was charged with prohibited possession of a firearm, possession with intent to deliver drugs, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification.
Lyric D. Ross, 22, of Uniontown was charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children.

Karl R. Keyton, 28, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.
Dustin P. Cox, 29, of Greensboro was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Daniel C. Correal, 32, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.
Kayla Corcoran, 26, of Masontown was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge David Balint
John R. Stage, 47, of Waynesburg was charged with escape.
Dylan P. Healey, 21, of Waynesburg was charged with simple assault, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins
James H. Axton, 63, of Charleroi was charged with DUI.
Cain J. Tomcanin, 23, of Charleroi was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charles R. Sanner, 35, of West Newton was charged with retail theft.
Westmoreland County

Michael J. Russo, 37, of Charleroi was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Darchelle B. Ethridge, 19, of Canonsburg was charged with defiant trespass.
