California Borough police said Samuel Hall, 52, of Charleroi was cited for public drunkenness after he was allegedly found along Pike Run Drive on June 29.

Danielle N. Perry, 32, of California, Pennsylvania, was cited for public drunkenness after she was allegedly found passed out on a bench in front of California Manor Apartments, borough police said.

The state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited Karen Kolessar, Washington Avenue, for allegedly furnishing alcohol to a minor on April 16.
