Assault alleged

California Borough police said Sabrina L. Cullen, 33, and Clarence A. Lancaster, 63, both of California, Pennsylvania, were charged with simple assault and harassment after an alleged fight as a Fifth Street apartment just before 1 a.m. Wednesday.

Two cited

California Borough police said Ruben W. Miller, 42, of Charleroi and Antonio D. Rivera, 39, of LaBelle were cited for disorderly conduct and harassment after an alleged fight July 1.
