Warrant arrest

Brownsville Borough police arrested Tessa Lukasik, 21, on a Washington County bench warrant at 408 Market St. at about 9:15 p.m. Friday, police said.

CONNELLSVILLE

Aggravated assault

Taia L. Stokes, 18, of Connellsville was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, criminal mischief, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after she allegedly kicked a Connellsville police officer in the face who was responding to a domestic altercation at 507 E. Francis Ave. at about 9 p.m. Tuesday. Her boyfriend, Tyler Black, called police when she allegedly broke a bay window at his home.

EAST HUNTINGDON TWP.

Identity theft

State police said someone used 40-year-old Scott Kubica’s credit card information to purchase alcohol and send it to a Chicago residence that was for sale July 10.

MONESSEN

Liquor law violation

The Ukranian Literary and Beneficial Association of Monessen was cited by the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement for allegedly failing to maintain records for a period of two years preceding June 13.

MOUNT PLEASANT TWP.

Theft reported

State police said two people left Pleasant Bowling Center at about 10 p.m. July 2 without paying. One was described as a black male wearing a white shirt and dark pants and the other was described as a white female wearing a dark shirt and pants with tattoos on her left arm and chest.

SOUTH HUNTINGDON TWP.

Hit-and-run

State police said driver Caitlin M. Carlton, 28, of Charleroi was passed by a silver Dodge Ram 1500 driver on Interstate 70, who hit her driver’s door mirror at about 9:40 p.m. Friday and failed to stop. No injuries were reported.

UNITY TWP.

Crash into building

State police said Jacqueline Gaskell, 50, of Mount Pleasant was severely injured when she lost control of her Ford Fusion while driving on State Route 981 just before 1 a.m. Saturday and hit a guide rail, then crossed into the opposing lane of traffic and leaving the road. The sedan hit a two-story home at 4854 Pleasant Unity Road. She was flown by medical helicopter to UPMC Prebyterian Hospital. The home sustained structural damage and the car was disabled. No one in the home was injured. State police are investigating the crash.
