The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties July 11. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Destiny R. Keith, 23, of New Salem was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Richard D. Young, 35, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cindy K. Lavitsky, 37, of Morgantown, W.Va., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Warren E. Bircher, 24, of New Salem was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kyle I. Bass, 24, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Nickolas D. Dies, 30, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Shelby L. Flynn, 24, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sandra L. Hominsky, 56, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Cedar M. Brunache, 20, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Sandra Lee Pealer Sawyers, 52, of Connellsville was charged with conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Cynthia M. Weimer, 38, of Connellsville was charged with disorderly conduct.

Michael R. Malobicky, 34, of Cabot was charged with criminal mischief.

Angelica L. Lawver, 25, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Michael A. Golden, 44, of Youngwood was charged with DUI.

Roy D. Evans of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Joshua M. Glover of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Travis K. Westbrook, 35, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tony J. Baysinger, 43, of Uniontown was charged with false identification to law enforcement.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Sherman R. Dillow of Lake Lynn was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Matthew N. Black, 18, of Scottdale was charged with simple assault.

Timothy D. Novak, 53, of Newell was charged with DUI.

John P. Summers, 37, of Belle Vernon was charged with DUI.

Washington County

Jessica M. Moore, 35, of Brownsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

William Downes, 57, of Stockdale was charged with statement under penalty and materially false written statement for sale of a firearm.

Sabrina L. Cullen, 33, of California was charged with simple assault.
