The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties from July 16. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Kayla D. Pitts, 24, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Katherine D. Brower, 55, of Monroeville was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Jr.

Franklin R. Brangard, 61, of White was charged with DUI.

Donald R. Homer Jr., 55, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Julie A. Medvec, 45, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

David M. Allen, 46, of Brownsville was charged with aggravated assault with vehicle, accident involving death or injury and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Brienne M. Pratt, 32, of Pittsburgh was charged with DUI.

Robert G. Wilson, 38, of McClellandtown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Robert Gales, 46, of Dunbar was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Daniel Shimshock

Tyler J. Durst, 25, of Masontown was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Troy A. Breakiron Jr., 28, of Uniontown was charged with theft.

Nicholas J. Stanish, 31, of Uniontown was charged with DUI and accident involving damage to an attended vehicle.

Alexandria B. Yatsko, 27, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.

Lisa L. Murray, 45, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

John P. Summers, 47, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Shannon M. Monack, 59, of Belle Vernon was charged with fleeing from police and DUI.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Martin E. Moser Jr., 36, of Monongahela was charged with DUI.

Rebecca L. Roberts, 28, of Donora was charged with DUI.

Michael D. Penn, 27, of Charleroi was charged with firearm not to be carried without a license.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Court 10-1-03

Tonya M. Coles, 51, of Monessen was charged with retail theft.

Justin Darnell, 31, of Grindstone was charged with theft.

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

William D. Dematteo, 35, of Irwin was charged with criminal mischief.

Jr. L. Keener, 36, of Smithton was charged with kidnapping, unlawful restraint, simple assault, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and criminal mischief.

Lisa Ulizzi-Truchok, 52, of Uniontown was charged with bad checks.

William E. Cochran Jr., 31, of Export was charged with theft.

John T. Spiewak, 93, of McKeesport was charged with materially false written statement for the purchase of a firearm and statement under penalty.
