The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties July 17. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Louis Ziegenbalg, 36, of Mercer was charged with institutional vandalism.

Paige M. Morrow, 21, of Uniontown was charged with DUI and endangering the welfare of children.

William L. Fieldson, 32, of Farmington was charged with DUI.

Jodi L. Bryner, 34, of Lemont Furnace was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Tony P. Leasure, 36, of Everson was charged with accessing device issued to another, forgery, theft and receiving stolen property.

Rita G. Miller, 73, of Point Marion was charged with DUI.

Clifford A. Hoak, 29, of Normalville was charged with strangulation, simple assault, terroristic threats and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Matthew Filicky, 39, of Uniontown was charged with burglary and theft.

Patricia L. Abel, 60, of W. Leisenring was charged with DUI.

Zachary T. Grimm, 24, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.

Ronald J. Dues, 51, of Adah was charged with resisting arrest, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and providing false identification to law enforcement.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Ryan T. Krysak, 31, of Confluence was charged with flight to avoid apprehension.

Jeffrey S. Brown, 57, of Dunbar was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dwayne M. Hall, 43, of Dunbar was charged with possession of a firearm prohibited.

Delmas R. Kline, 42, of Grindstone was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement.

Anastasiya P. Miecznilkowski, 28, of Grindstone was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement.

Brian D. Cargill, 48, of Brownsville was charged with DUI.

Chelcie Cervenka, 23, of Donora was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Craig J. Berenda, 21, of Jefferson Hills was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and tampering with evidence.

Tamaar L. Pone, 33, of Monessen was charged with delivering a controlled substance, intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence.

Timothy R. Vuyanich, 57, of Smithton was charged with public nuisance.

Steven R. Manack, 27, of Belle Vernon was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dakota B. Keener, 22, of Rostraver Township was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
