Jodi L. Bryner, 34, of Lemont Furnace was charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps.

Rita G. Miller, 73, of Point Marion was charged with DUI.
Clifford A. Hoak, 29, of Normalville was charged with strangulation, simple assault, terroristic threats and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
