PFA violation

Connellsville Police charged Steven Perez, 39, of Connellsville for allegedly violating a protection-from-abuse order by entering a Stephens Street residence multiple times in May which the order prevents him from entering.

Debit card stolen

State police said someone stole a Visa debit card belonging to Randy Gowton from his vehicle while it was parked along Bridgeport Road between 11 p.m. July 4 and 10 a.m. July 18.

Harassment

Amanda J. Baker, 37, of Southwest and Beverly A. Baker, 56, of Mount Pleasant were both cited with harassment for allegedly threatening to beat up a 20-year-old Westmoreland County man June 4.

Storage unit burglarized

State police reportedly caught one person involved in a burglary at U-Store Storage Facility at about 3 a.m. Sunday and are looking for a second person. They were called for a burglary in progress at storage unit 103 at 147 Northview Lane. Police found Eric Paul Elliot, 29, of Uniontown after following a trail of blood. Police believe the second suspect had a cut to the left hand and possibly a leg injury. The two people allegedly hopped over a barbed wire fence while fleeing police into a wooded area. Police also found a backpack on the scene containing 58 45-RPM records. Elliott is charged with burglary, criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit each, theft, receiving stolen property, possession of an instrument of crime, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Uniontown City Police and Masontown Borough Police also responded to assist state police in finding the suspects.

Deceptive business practices

Jeremiah Jack Ditmore, 32, of Uniontown was charged with deceptive business practices for an alleged incident at 342 Aitken Ave. in Rostraver Township March 24, according to Rostraver Police.

DUI

Richard E. Williams, 42, of West Newton was charged with DUI at the intersection of Route 136 and Coal Hollow Road for allegedly driving under the influence at about 3:50 a.m. July 15.
