The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties July 20-22. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Fayette County

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Dyana Yedlick, 30, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty

Elaina M. Lynch, 42, of Mt. Pleasant was charged with simple assault.

Lisa A. Goodman, 47, of Dunbar was charged with accessing a device issued to another, theft and receiving stolen property.

Joseph E. Hall, 46, of Connellsville was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm prohibited and theft.

Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries

Nora C. Corcoran, no age listed, of Cleveland, Ohio, was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstruction of highways.

Richard D. Thomas, 32, of Vanderbilt was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, DUI, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning

Ashley M. Delara, 23, of Fairbanks was charged with simple assault.

Joseph P. Smith, 18, of Dunbar was charged with DUI and resisting arrest.

Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.

Casey C. Hawk, 20, of Brownsville was charged with DUI and possession of marijuana.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II

Aesa Q. Morgan, 23, of Oliver was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, propulsion of missiles onto roadways and disorderly conduct.

John A. Knox, 24, of Dunbar was charged with DUI.

Jesse W. Albright, 28, of Vanderbilt was charged with DUI.

Greene County

Magisterial District Judge Glenn Bates

Craig D. Weaver, 19, of New Freeport was charged with DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson

Christopher P. Moore, 30, of Beaver Falls was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Washington County

Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson

Antwane L. Cunningham, 25, of Donora was charged with simple assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Rebecca S. Woy, 36, of Monongahela was charged with endangering the welfare of children and simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins

Angelo M. Sclafani, 50, of Dunlevy was charged with stalking and harassment.

Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson

Andrew R. Hixenbaugh, 38, of Carmichaels was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Bobby J. Welch, 43, of Cokeburg was charged with DUI.

Westmoreland County

Magisterial District Judge Charles Christner

Eric K. Edmondson Jr., 28, of West Newton was charged with simple assault, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct and harassment.

Gregory A. Geyer, 44, of Pittsburgh was charged with simple assault.

Magisterial District Judge Roger Eckels

Melissa A. Torrance, no age listed, of Greensburg was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and intent to possess a controlled substance.

Matthew A. Riggs, 28, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
